OK! So I am one week into my weight challenge! I weighed myself on June 28th, and did it with my "routine"...you know, pre-breakfast, post-bowel movement, pre-shower. I was up and down on the scale 3 times in a row (yes, I know...crazy). The results? 161 lb, followed by 161.4 lb, followed by 161.2 lb.....SOLD! for 161.2 lb! Total loss after week 1 was 2.4 lb!
Yah me! Now, if you'll excuse me, its Finger Food Friday, and my day off for weight loss.
